Mark Redmond is executive director of Spectrum Youth and Family Services where he has served since 2003. He has worked for 36 years in the field of caring for homeless and at-risk youth.  He is the author of “The Goodness Within: Reaching out to Troubled Teens with Love and Compassion” and has had articles published in the New York Times, Forbes, the Washington Post, and the Huffington Post. He has a TEDx talk and has been featured on The MOTH podcast, as well as other podcasts including The Lapse, Strangers, and Risk!  Mark earned a bachelor’s degree from Villanova University and a master’s from New York University.
